The Fredericksburg Rotary Glee Club performed at eight memory care facilities and nursing homes in December 2022.
The Glee Club was inspired by the Music Mends Minds program featured at the Rotary International Conference in Houston. Our Rotary Club had a Program via Zoom with the Music Mends Minds director prior to forming the Glee Club. The Glee Club was organized by Joe Cavanaugh and had 13 Rotarian members plus a Rotarian accompanist. The Glee Club plans a patriotic tour this summer.
