Each year the Fredericksburg Rotary Club honors an individual in our community who exemplifies the Service above Self and the 4 Way Test of Rotary. This award is named in honor of the late Hans Hannemann, who was a leader of Fredericksburg.
This year we honored Sharon Joseph, who owns Joseph Financial Partners. Sharon has contributed so much to our community, both through her business and as a volunteer.
